Well, I sent a formal request, and heres my system, which I guess is kind of odd:

1. Windows 2000 Professional, all latest updates and service packages
2. Mozzilla FireFox 1.0 and the latest versian of Internet Explorer
3. The latest versian of Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy
4. 46.6k EclecTechs internet connection
5. The Google Toolbar
6. 16 bit 1024 x 768 Screen
7. Latest edition of AVG free anti-virus scanner

I don't beleive any other hardware i have is of any concern..

Why are you ashamed about having a Mac? Thats cool. :cool: Because of it, you actually have a chance to get hired. That MacOS "Panther", beats anything I got.

@mwace, what is odd about your system? All the Windows updates? :p
The only thing I find odd, is that your using 16-bit color. :confused:

im hoping i get in. I love to beta test versions of anything. Games, forum realeases. All of it.

well, i've been on the forums over a year (12 months and 30 days to be exact) and i've seen the forums progress slightly. many new members, new mods/admins/power users added. and i'd like to see what it'll look like later in its life. i browse from my phone (:D i laugh at you non-sidekick II users, and gloat with those that aren't one of.... them. anyways, like i was saying. i'd like to help add to gf as much as i can.

WinXP Home with SP2 firewall disabled
Norton Internet Security 2004 (which actually isn't compatible with SP2)
Internet Explorer (might switch to mozilla/firefox)
Messaging programs (order from most used to least used): AIM (ver. 5.5.39, current one don't work with deadaim), MSN (most current one thats not the beta), Yahoo (don't really use, can if needed though)

sign up's are now closed. we have accepted the member's we would like to have assist us in the testing. thank's to all of those who signed up, and let's get this show on the road.

all of those in the group you will notice your name in blue. you will get a PM with information on testing times and locations soon. please keep this info to yourself and let the fun begin. (again you will get a pm with info soon).

please note we didn't accept all the sign ups we had. we only wanted a certain number, and the turnout's were far more than what we expected. your all very willing the help GF and for this thank you.
