meh... its still your opinion however. i have no real desire to attempt to change it. i personally enjoy anime due to the fact that there is very little "good" television shows out there anymore.

as for most absurd anime id go with bo Bobobo-bo bo-bobo

i have yet to see the other ones but i will probably get around to it.

If you don't like anime, post a civil thread about it instead of interrupting a thread that has nothing to do with opinions about anime (loving or hating it).

Any anime that comes from toys.

I find it absurd and misleading for the kids watching them.

The countless times I've been pestered by my nephews to buy this or that type of toy becoz' they saw it on the show. and would try to emulate the characters doing the stuff they see on t.v therefore making said toys lifespan shorter.

I'm not counting the zoids series They made sense...Well kinda.

In a "comedic" absurdity, I would have to say FLCL, Bobobo-bobo-bobo, and Shin Chan.

Absurdity in terms of the plot being stupid is like what Wasturr said. I think especially those along the lines of Bakugan and Beyblade. In general those sort of shows brought to the States have been modified and marketed towards a group they know will buy toys and other merchandise. Other things like Pokemon, Monster Rancher, and so on also fall into this category of a marketing tank, but I'm not sure if I can call those as absurd.

I liked Pokemon, Monster Rancher (Though stupid local network showing it never aired last two ep), and Zoids.


Beyblade and a couple of others that thankfully escaped my memory arent very interesting.
